瓦斯发电机组、燃气发电机组尾气余热使用

目前占燃气发电机组燃料近55%热值的废气和冷却水余热资源基本上被白白浪费掉,燃气发电机组余热利用技术的就是来实现将原本白白浪费掉的热资源充分利用的系统。

随着人民生活质量的提高,制冷和采暖越来越普及,能源消耗越来越大,同时燃气发电机组余热资源目前没有得到综合利用,消耗了大量能源。根据燃气发电机组余热利用现状,我公司发挥技术优势,研制开发了一套燃气机组烟气余热利用配套热管式余热锅炉及热管换热器,产生的过热蒸汽和热水用于余热发电及企业内部冷热电联供。
With the improvement of people's quality of life, refrigeration and heating are becoming more and more popular, and energy consumption is increasing. At the same time, the waste heat resources of gas turbine generators are not being comprehensively utilized, consuming a large amount of energy. According to the current situation of waste heat utilization of gas generating units, our company has developed a set of heat pipe type waste heat boilers and heat pipe heat exchangers for waste heat utilization of flue gas from gas generating units, utilizing its technical advantages. The superheated steam and hot water generated are used for waste heat power generation and internal cooling, heating, and power cogeneration in the enterprise.
在燃气机组发电的同时,以机组废气的热量为能源,烟气通过热管余热锅炉及热管换热器,加热介质水,热管余热锅炉产生的过热蒸汽用于余热发电,热管换热器产生的热水通过溴化锂冷水机组制冷或制热,系统原理如下图所示:
While generating electricity from a gas turbine, the heat of the unit's exhaust gas is used as the energy source. The flue gas flows through a heat pipe waste heat boiler and heat exchanger, heating the medium water. The superheated steam generated by the heat pipe waste heat boiler is used for waste heat power generation. The hot water generated by the heat pipe heat exchanger is cooled or heated by a lithium bromide water chiller. The system principle is shown in the following figure:

综合利用燃气发电机组热能主要从三个方面着手:即电力供应、采暖洗浴等供热以及夏季空调制冷。在综合利用的设计过程中应充分考虑以下几方面的因素:
The comprehensive utilization of thermal energy from gas turbine generators mainly involves three aspects: power supply, heating, bathing, and other heating, as well as summer air conditioning and refrigeration. The following factors should be fully considered in the design process of comprehensive utilization:
a、利用应避免对燃气发电机组的性能产生大的影响,即不影响燃气发电机组的正常运行及功率输出;
A. Utilization should avoid having a significant impact on the performance of the gas generator unit, that is, not affecting the normal operation and power output of the gas generator unit;
b、排气总管到余热利用系统之间的距离应尽可能短,同时应充分考虑排气管的隔热保温,减少从燃气发电机组排气出口至热管余热锅炉的热量损失;
The distance between the exhaust manifold and the waste heat utilization system should be as short as possible, and full consideration should be given to the thermal insulation of the exhaust pipe to reduce the heat loss from the exhaust outlet of the gas generator unit to the heat pipe waste heat boiler;
c、需要考虑燃气发电机组负荷变化时给余热发电及余热制冷、制热造成的影响,避免因负荷变化使制冷(或制热)过量或能力不足;
C. It is necessary to consider the impact on waste heat power generation, waste heat cooling, and heating caused by load changes of gas turbine generator units, to avoid excessive cooling (or heating) or insufficient capacity due to load changes;
d、考虑到整个流程控制范围大、项点多、操作难度大等因素,整个系统应尽可能实行电气自动化控制和监测;
D. Considering the large control range, multiple items, and difficult operation of the entire process, the entire system should implement electrical automation control and monitoring as much as possible;
e、整套系统应充分考虑维护操作以及使用的安全性。
